My Weekly Energy & Focus Planner
This planner exists because I was tired of pretending my energy worked in straight lines.
Some weeks I’m clear and focused.
Other weeks I’m mentally loud, emotionally full or simply tired in a way no checklist fixes.
Most planners made me feel like I was failing something that was never designed for how I actually live.
So I made my own.
Why this planner exists
I needed a way to plan that didn’t ask me to override myself.
Not a system built on discipline.
Not another tool telling me what I should be able to do.
I wanted something that would help me notice:
- when my energy is high
- when it drops
- what pulls from me
- what quietly gives back
This planner came out of that need. Slowly. Honestly.
What it is
The Weekly Energy & Focus Planner is a gentle weekly structure that helps you plan with your energy instead of against it.
It is:
- simple
- flexible
- printable
- non-punitive
There are no productivity slogans.
No pressure to optimize yourself.
No pretending every week looks the same.
How I use it
At the start of the week, I check in with myself instead of jumping straight into tasks.
I ask:
- How does my energy feel right now?
- What actually deserves my focus this week?
- Where do I need softness instead of structure?
Some weeks, the planner fills up.
Some weeks, it stays almost empty.
Both are allowed. That’s the point.
Who this planner is for
This planner might be for you if:
- your energy fluctuates
- rigid systems exhaust you
- you think deeply and feel a lot
- you’re tired of turning low energy weeks into self-criticism
- you want structure without self-betrayal
It’s especially supportive if you live mostly in your head and forget to listen to your body until it protests.
What it gives you
Not motivation.
Not discipline.
It gives you permission to plan honestly.
To stop forcing weeks that don’t want to be forced.
To stop measuring yourself against versions of productivity that ignore being human.
Where to find it
A small note from me
This planner is not meant to fix you.
It’s meant to sit beside you while you learn to listen to yourself more clearly.
Week by week. Without pressure.
It’s my first creation like this and it was made with care.
